5. Liability 5.1 No Responsibility for Content Bot X processes and displays user-generated content. We are not responsible for any offensive, harmful, or unlawful content generated using the bot.

6. User Responsibilities You are responsible for: Ensuring the bot’s commands comply with your server’s rules.
Monitoring your server for misuse of the bot.
Notifying us promptly if you suspect any security vulnerabilities or data breaches.

7. Termination 7.1 By the User You may terminate this agreement by removing Bot X from your server.

7.2 By Us We reserve the right to terminate access to Bot X at our discretion if: You violate these terms.
The bot is misused in ways that violate Discord’s guidelines.

8. Changes to Terms We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be posted at bot-x.info/terms-of-service. Continued use of Bot X after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
